Technical edits and your rights
This is a non-exclusive license for one existing catalog track. Technical editing is permitted when needed to fit the licensed track into your project: trimming, cutting, fade-ins, fade-outs, looping, adjusting the start or end point, timing and duration synchronisation, and reasonable volume adjustment for integration.
These edits do not transfer copyright or ownership and do not permit remixing or creating new musical parts as a new composition. Unless the applicable signed agreement expressly allows it, you may not distribute or sell the music as a standalone audio file, upload it to stock-music libraries, resell or sublicense it, transfer the license, claim ownership, or register it with Content ID or similar rights-claiming systems.
The supplied agreement controls the permitted uses and detailed conditions. Digital productions must meet its spoken-word narration requirements; this is not a license to release music-only sleep or ambience recordings.
