Transfer / sublicensing: No transfer or sublicensing of the underlying music.
Standalone resale: Not permitted.

Standalone resale: Not permitted.

This is a comparison guide, not a licence contract. The specific agreement supplied with your track or custom project defines the detailed rights granted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Unlimited and Custom Unlimited: narration and editing

Digital uses require clearly audible spoken-word narration for at least one-third of the applicable duration specified in the agreement. Music-only releases, sleep or ambience videos and standalone redistribution are not permitted. In-person background use follows the agreement’s separate conditions. Technical edits and permitted non-musical layers do not grant remix rights. Do not register licensed non-exclusive music in Content ID or comparable automated rights-claiming systems.

Existing Exclusive tracks

Earlier non-exclusive licences stay valid. No new commercial licences are granted after exclusivity begins. The agreement permits the track to remain on POAS’s official YouTube and Insight Timer channels for listening; stock-licensing marketplace listings are removed as required by the agreement.

Custom projects

The final custom-project quote may depend on scope, duration, revisions, specialized requirements and ownership needs. Work for Hire ownership transfers only after full payment under the signed agreement.
